Elizabeth Mailloux is a corporate governance specialist with experience in the administration of not-for-profit boards and legislative assemblies. Drawing on her skills in risk management, parliamentary procedure, policy development, and passion for continuing education, Elizabeth strives to support and create governance frameworks that are in keeping with the complex and ever-changing compliance and regulatory environments. Prior to joining NDRIO, Elizabeth held positions at Western University as the Governance Specialist, and the Coordinator of Council and Government Service at the University Student’s Council at Western University.
Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from McMaster University. She continues to devote time to local not-for-profit boards, providing governance, procedural consultation and policy expertise.
