Caroline Harrison, Procurement and Project Coordinator

Caroline Harrison is a senior consultant with over 20 years’ experience in project and program management, business analysis and communications in a wide range of fields with both IT and business-system projects. She has worked within the Canadian healthcare sector, and also on projects in the finance and insurance industries, elsewhere in the public sector, and as far afield as broadcast journalism and the entertainment industry.

Ms. Harrison’s project management experience runs the full spectrum from initiation, execution and closure. Several of these projects have been high profile, with multiple diverse and sensitive stakeholders.
